Nykredit Leveraged Finance is a specialist unit, advising private equity funds on structured acquisition financing in connection with M&A transactions.
Our solutions include:
- Providing and structuring acquisition finance to private equity funds and other co-investors
- Structuring or optimising capital structures
- Funding for small, mid and large cap transactions across all sectors, primarily in Denmark and the other Nordic countries
- Establishing funding solutions customised to each transaction both alone and in collaboration with other lenders (club deals)
- Loan and bond origination in close collaboration with our Debt Capital Markets team
- Facilities for private equity funds (such as Fund RCF).
