Cardholder dispute form – misused or stolen card

If your card has been used by someone else to make withdrawals from your account, you can file a dispute by filling in and submitting the information required here.

Nykredit will then assist you in recovering the amount withdrawn. Note that in certain cases you must bear a part of the loss. This will appear from the user rules set out in the terms and conditions for payment cards (Vilkår for kort).

If we decide to proceed with your dispute, we will send you a solemn declaration for you to complete.

The fields marked with * are mandatory.

If you have more than 10 unauthorised transactions, you must submit an additional dispute.

The card number is 16 digits long and is imprinted on the front of your payment card or can be found under “Kort” at MitNykredit.

Blocking of card

Your card must be blocked in order for us to process your dispute. You can block your card via MitNykredit or in our app for tablet or mobile phone.

If we can proceed with your dispute, you will receive a solemn declaration for you to sign using your NemID at MitNykredit. Note that you cannot sign using NemID in our app for tablet or mobile phone. Log onto MitNykredit via a browser on a computer, tablet or mobile phone.

We may contact you for further questions or if we need to report the case to the police.

If we are unable to proceed with your dispute, you will receive a written explanation.

Data to Nykredit are sent in encrypted form.
